What you will do

• Create and maintain Workshop Manual (WSM) content within TOPIx, prioritizing the technician experience.
• Deliver accurate and methodical processes to support efficient vehicle repair.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Service Programme Leads, and Commodity Leads.
• Conduct virtual validation of procedures using CAD tools.
• Perform physical validation using prototype and production vehicles to ensure repeatability.
• Identify and propose resolutions for repair and serviceability issues to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.
• Qualified vehicle technician.
• Working experience with CAD 3DX, Vis Mock Up, or similar CAD tools.
• Strong knowledge of whole vehicle systems and the latest vehicle technologies.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a logical, process-driven approach.
• Effective communication skills to influence stakeholders and advocate for technician-first solutions.

• Understanding of franchised retailer workshops.
• Automotive serviceability knowledge.
• UK Driving licence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
