What you will do

• Define and govern system architecture across mobile robots, robotic arms, drones, and multi-robot deployments.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, including branching strategies, code reviews, and testing frameworks.
• Drive projects from rapid prototyping to production-ready, high-reliability systems.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Own the robot–cloud integration strategy, including telemetry, OTA updates, and fleet management.
• Represent engineering leadership in client engagements and executive-level discussions.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of ROS2 architecture and ability to design complex multi-node robotic systems.
• Proven experience with diverse robotic platforms (mobile robots, arms, drones).
• Deep expertise in SLAM, localization, mapping, path planning, or robotic arm motion planning (MoveIt).
• Proficiency in C++ and Python with a focus on performance and reliability in robotics.
• Hands-on experience with simulation tools such as Isaac Sim or Gazebo.
• Strong understanding of real-time systems, motor control, ARM-based hardware (STM32), and RTOS.
