What you will do

• Create and refine technical concepts, requirements, and software architecture for satellite simulators.
• Develop, implement, and test simulation software for defense and communication missions.
• Support technical and project milestone reviews.
• Coordinate with customers and internal software teams for design and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience as a software architect or technical lead in large-scale projects (e.g., aerospace, automotive, or scientific computing).
• Proficiency in modern C++.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability and willingness to obtain German security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with HLA (High Level Architecture) and system-of-systems simulation.
• Knowledge of network and communication system simulation.
• Familiarity with NATO, ECSS, or DO-178C standards.
