What you will do

• Collaborate with Product and Client Solution teams to deliver holistic client onboarding solutions.
• Write well-designed and tested code to solve complex engineering problems.
• Implement features for the Data Lakehouse Framework and promote engineering best practices.
• Lead individual projects, owning technical solution design, architecture, estimation, and implementation.
• Mentor and guide other engineers on the team.
• Communicate technical ideas and steer project direction from an engineering standpoint.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a software engineer, preferably with Python.
• Strong ownership mentality and communication skills.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, F-1/OPT).

• Experience with data processing and analysis using PySpark or similar frameworks.
