Salary: $160,000–$200,000 base

What you will do

• Own platform initiatives end-to-end, from scoping and design to shipping and maintenance.
• Drive systems design for integration infrastructure, including queues, data pipelines, and async workflows.
• Lead projects with junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and design feedback.
• Identify and eliminate systemic classes of problems rather than patching individual bugs.
• Set technical direction in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Collaborate with Integrations Engineering teams to ensure platform primitives meet consumer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Computer Science degree or comparable professional experience.
• Experience designing services that handle concurrency, failure modes, and scale.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous, multi-quarter projects autonomously.
• No visa sponsorship available now or in the future.
• AI-forward thinking and willingness to drive AI projects forward.

Nice to have

• Experience with third-party APIs, auth flows, and rate limits.
• Browser automation experience (Selenium, CDP, Playwright).
• Anti-bot, fingerprinting, or detection work.
• Expertise in Python or similar languages.
• Experience in Fintech or regulatory environments.
