What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend services for an internal AI agent platform.
• Participate in architectural decision-making and technology selection.
• Experiment with and implement cutting-edge AI agent frameworks and LLM-based features.
• Optimize platform performance, agent quality evaluation, and scalability under high load.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build user-friendly, automated tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience, including 2+ years with Golang and 2+ years with Python.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Experience building scalable, distributed systems and microservices.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform.
• English proficiency: B2 level or higher.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agent frameworks like Langchain, Langgraph, or ADK.
• ML experience, including model evaluation and production implementation.
• Background in developing internal CRM or automation tools.
