What you will do

• Develop and implement the overall information security program, including strategic goals, objectives, and policies.
• Establish security architecture standards and implement technical controls aligned with best-in-class security and privacy standards.
• Drive domestic and international projects to comply with emerging cybersecurity requirements and data protection laws.
• Oversee incident response planning, data loss prevention, and breach remediation processes.
• Perform ongoing risk assessments and coordinate security reporting for regulatory agencies, clients, and management.
• Integrate cybersecurity controls early within the project and software development lifecycles (SDLC).

Requirements

• 10+ years of Information Technology experience with a strong background in Security and Compliance.
• Expertise in Cyber Compliance Assessments and Regulatory Compliance.
• Proven track record of developing strategic enterprise information security, IT risk, and privacy management programs.
• Experience supporting customer-facing products in addition to internal systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience, from technical staff to executive leadership.
• Self-starter capable of leading tasks and working independently.
