What you will do

• Serve as a Tier 3 Analyst for complex investigations and act as the senior technical authority for the analyst team.
• Design, build, and maintain automations to reduce manual effort across the DRP alert lifecycle.
• Translate recurring analyst workflows into reusable playbooks, enrichments, and integrations.
• Provide presales support for Managed Services opportunities through technical deep-dives and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and Solutions Leaders to identify high-leverage tooling improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence, Digital Risk Protection, SecOps, or Incident Response.
• 5+ years of hands-on analyst experience covering phishing, dark web monitoring, or brand impersonation.
• 2+ years of experience building security automations using Python, JSON, and REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of SOAR platforms (e.g., Palo Alto XSOAR, Splunk Phantom, ServiceNow SecOps).
• Strong understanding of OSINT tradecraft, DNS, and web infrastructure.
• Must be based in the US.
