What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define business objectives and gather detailed requirements.
• Develop advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations that provide meaningful business insights.
• Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with data engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure high data quality.
• Monitor KPIs and present findings and recommendations to technical and executive audiences.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and business intelligence practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or Analytics Consultant.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and validation.
• Hands-on experience building complex dashboards and reports in Tableau.
• Experience working with Snowflake as a cloud data platform.
• Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable solutions.
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional environments.
