What you will do

• Drive rapid prototyping and technical validation of new business opportunities end-to-end (design, implementation, testing, and deployment to early adopters).
• Apply AI-native coding best practices and build agile full-stack solutions that address market and customer needs.
• Own end-to-end deliverables, including design, testing, implementation, and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with Mobile, Data Engineering, Design, Product, and other disciplines; participate in code reviews and design challenges.
• Discover, assess, and integrate new external technologies (e.g., GenAI tools, 3D scanning, modeling) to improve products and development flows.
• Keep the full tech stack and architecture up to date, driving iterative improvements and best practices across squads.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• 3+ years of hands-on frontend experience with React in a live production environment.
• 3+ years of backend experience in live production using microservices architecture with Golang, NSQ, and MongoDB.
• Experience with Node.js and/or Python, and with distributed systems and asynchronous messaging (Kafka and RabbitMQ).
• Experience with NoSQL databases beyond MongoDB, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure or similar), and CI/CD practices.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and testing across unit, component, and end-to-end layers.

• Experience designing and developing AI agents or agentic workflows.
