Principal Fullstack Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead a team of engineers to design and implement AI-driven tools and production-grade applications for game asset pipelines.
• Own the prompting strategy at scale, including system prompt design, guardrails, and management of LLM hyperparameters.
• Design and build scalable backend services and secure RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI or Flask).
• Model and optimize data across relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Vector DB) databases.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitLab, and Docker.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, SRE, and production stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience building production applications as a full-stack engineer.
• Strong expertise in Python, RESTful API design, and SQLAlchemy/Pydantic.
• Proficiency in Vue or React, including state management (Vuex/Pinia or Redux) and component libraries.
• Proven experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Database proficiency with PostgreSQL and familiarity with NoSQL/Vector databases.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience with agent development frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification.
