What you will do

• Assist Designated Persons with regulator returns and quarterly reports.
• Monitor and report on funds’ AUM and AIFM Minimum Capital Requirements.
• Support the onboarding of new fund launches and RFP processes.
• Manage fund registrations and handle investor due diligence questionnaires (DDQs).
• Maintain CRM records and produce fund-specific financial reports and marketing materials.
• Coordinate meetings and create content for investor engagement platforms like LinkedIn.

Requirements

• Degree level qualification.
• Experience in financial services, AIFM, or investor relations.
• Understanding of the role and responsibilities of a regulated AIFM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential investor data.
• Genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainable investment.
