What you will do

• Act as the technical subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 digital contact center platforms and CX solutions.
• Lead customer workshops to gather business requirements and design tailored technical solutions.
• Create comprehensive solution, functional, and technical specification documentation.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers.
• Mentor junior staff to foster team growth and technical effectiveness.
• Stay current with Power Platform and Azure stack technologies to support solution development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365, specifically digital contact center platforms and CX solutions.
• Proven experience in a consulting environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
