What you will do
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking components, including complex accruals and eligibility rules.
- Configure advanced Business Process (BP) definitions, security groups, validation rules, and staffing models.
- Design complex Workday Custom Reports and utilize advanced Calculated Fields for precise entitlement and balance tracking.
- Manage Inbound/Outbound EIBs, web services, and Core HCM foundational structures.
- Prepare and execute comprehensive test plans and regression testing for bi-annual Workday Feature Releases.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and provide best-practice advisory.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of core HRIS experience with a proven track record in Workday Absence and Time Tracking projects.
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of Workday HCM Core, Absence Management, and Time Tracking.
- Experience handling both new implementations and post-go-live support (AMS).
- Strong client-facing experience within the UK, Ireland, or global markets.
- English: Professional fluency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
