What you will do

• Support sales assurance processes through questionnaire completion and contract reviews.
• Take a leading role in maintaining and improving ISO 27001 compliance.
• Drive continual improvement by leveraging AI agents and automation tools.
• Manage IT supplier due diligence and maintain security documentation.
• Lead and mentor a small team within the Security Compliance function.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• 2+ years of experience in a compliance or regulated environment (e.g., ISO 27001).
• 5+ years of prior experience in a technical IT or IT Security role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including Configuration and Compliance policies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access Policy configuration.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT asset management (ITAM).

Nice to have

• Experience using GRC tools such as Vanta or Drata.
• Knowledge of networking or SASE services.
• Prior team leadership or management experience.
