🚀 Head of Product Design | MEDvidi | Remote (EU)

We're looking for a Head of Product Design to lead our design team and become a strategic partner to Product leadership.

This is not a traditional design management role. We're looking for someone who can influence product decisions, challenge ideas, and help turn great concepts into measurable business results.

About MEDvidi

MEDvidi is a US-based online mental health clinic. For over 6 years, we've been helping patients access high-quality mental healthcare through telemedicine. Today, we're also building AI-powered solutions to improve both patient experience and business operations.

What we're looking for:

- 8+ years of Product Design experience in product companies (not agencies)
- 3+ years leading design teams
- Strong product thinking and business mindset
- Experience influencing product strategy and outcomes
- Advanced English (C1+) and fluent Russian
