TL;DR

Lead .NET Developer (AI): Designing and optimizing software architectures integrating Generative AI components for business applications with an accent on scalable .NET systems and AI integration. Location: Hybrid (up to 2 days remote per week), based in Valbonne or Nice, France

What you will do

• Analyze technical and functional requirements to design and develop scalable, high-performance software architectures in .NET.
• Integrate and leverage generative AI and machine learning services, specifically Azure AI, OpenAI, and ML.NET.
• Provide technical leadership by facilitating workshops, supervising teams, and ensuring developer upskilling through mentoring and code reviews.
• Define and promote rigorous development and architecture standards.
• Implement and maintain DevOps and CI/CD best practices to ensure software quality and security.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in .NET development.
• Proven experience in managing or mentoring technical teams.
• Proficiency in C#, REST API, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with AI technologies such as OpenAI, Azure AI, or ML.NET.
• English proficiency is mandatory.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Valbonne/Nice, France.

Nice to have

• Experience with frontend frameworks: Blazor, Vue.js, React, or Angular.
• Knowledge of databases including SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Docker.
