What you will do

• Manage distribution and inventory of test hardware, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Execute hardware and sensor validation tests following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Develop and continuously improve standardized testing workflows in collaboration with the Hardware team.
• Monitor testing progress and escalate issues or roadblocks to the Engineering and Sensor Intelligence teams.
• Partner cross-functionally with Quality and Logistics teams to coordinate resources and align priorities.
• Maintain detailed records of testing activities and hardware utilization to ensure traceability.

Requirements

• Experience managing inventory, stockrooms, or hardware assets in a structured operational environment.
• Familiarity with Python and basic scripting for test execution, automation, or data analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures with a high standard of accuracy and quality.
• Must be based in the hirify.global office in Boston, MA.
