What you will do

• Identify and recruit beauty influencers and content creators aligned with brand values.
• Manage end-to-end campaigns from outreach and negotiation to content approval.
• Coordinate product seeding initiatives and track engagement results.
• Collaborate with social brand teams to amplify paid and organic influencer content.
• Monitor beauty trends and competitor activities to inform future strategy.
• Analyze campaign data to report on reach, engagement, and ROI.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or digital marketing.
• Must be based in London or able to commute for a 3:2 hybrid working pattern.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Proficiency with influencer management tools and social analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for the beauty, skincare, and cosmetics industry.
