TL;DR

What you will do

  • Handle general ledger work such as journal entries for accruals and expense account reclassifications.
  • Review, identify, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries.
  • Perform complex balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly expense reporting with variance analysis as required by finance leaders.
  • Support consolidated financial statements by loading data and ensuring accurate reporting in line with IFRS & GAAP.
  • Assist with internal controls documentation/monitoring, recommend process improvements, and support audit and tax requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of full-time experience in accounting/finance areas (general accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis, etc.); supervisory experience desired.
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS, specifically lease accounting.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, and related tools) and strong organizational attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and manage time across multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Must be located in Germantown, Tennessee, United States.
