What you will do

• Prepare and maintain general ledgers and supporting schedules for real-asset funds using Yardi.
• Produce quarterly and annual financial statements in line with IFRS, US GAAP, or ASPE.
• Calculate and process capital activities, including capital calls and distributions.
• Run NAV calculations and prepare investor-level reporting, including management and carried interest computations.
• Coordinate and review property-level data, valuations, and performance metrics for Fund-level consolidation.
• Support audits and tax processes by liaising with auditors, tax advisors, and clients; reconcile bank accounts, intercompany balances, and investment transactions.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting designation (CPA/ACCA or equivalent) preferred or in progress.
• Demonstrable experience in fund administration or audit.
• Experience with real asset structures (e.g., Property, REIT, SPV, JV, Co-Invest).
• Experience with Yardi or other accounting software.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze and validate financial data for accuracy and completeness.
