What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee testing for new functionality and system upgrades.
• Translate complex specifications from card associations like Mastercard, Visa, and American Express into clear testing approaches.
• Lead the preparation and review of regression and performance test scenarios.
• Own the test case repository and define testing strategies, including the adoption of automation tools.
• Coordinate certification processes across card associations and support integration testing with partners.
• Mentor testers and foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in testing roles, including Senior Tester or Test Lead positions.
• Proficiency in Czech or Slovak is required.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
• Strong analytical skills with an IT background and understanding of payment card transaction processing.
• Ability to define and govern test case standards and quality criteria.
• Experience with IBM i, system commands, and SQL DB2 is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation using Robot Framework and Python.
• Background in the banking and payment card sector.
• Hands-on experience with software development and documentation.
