What you will do

• Drive test automation across unit, integration, API, and E2E levels using diverse testing techniques.
• Design and evolve scalable test frameworks focusing on maintainability, reporting, and parallelization.
• Automate and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast and reliable feedback loops.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product owners to embed quality into the development process.
• Develop custom scripts and tools to reduce manual effort and increase testing efficiency.
• Act as a quality champion, driving improvements in testing practices and engineering standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in test automation and hands-on testing in modern engineering environments.
• Strong coding skills in Java and scripting proficiency in Python or Bash.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and pipeline-as-code.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of black-box, grey-box, and white-box testing methodologies.
• Fluent English required; German is considered a plus.
