What you will do
- Own the conversion journey and experiment roadmap from landing page to paid order across international markets.
- Lead and coach a pod of product managers and engineers to ship high-quality experiments and funnels quickly.
- Establish and scale an experiment-driven culture with strong data governance and documented learnings.
- Operationalize the product growth strategy into a prioritized roadmap aligned with company OKRs.
- Ensure conversion and funnel parity during new market launches to reach quality standards rapidly.
- Partner with performance, design, clinical operations, and finance teams to optimize unit economics.
Requirements
- 6+ years in CRO, experimentation, or product growth roles, including experience leading or building teams.
- Proven track record of owning a conversion funnel end-to-end and driving growth via structured experimentation.
- Experience managing cross-functional squads consisting of product managers, engineers, and designers.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate performance data into strategic decisions.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to manage multiple international markets simultaneously.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the London office 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
- Multi-market or international experience (Europe, APAC, or LATAM).
- Basic proficiency with SQL or BigQuery.
- Familiarity with AI workflow tools (e.g., Claude Code) to increase team velocity.
- Fluency in a second language relevant to ' target markets.
