What you will do

• Provide leadership and technical oversight for a team of 4+ network engineers and administrators.
• Develop and implement network architecture designs, standards, and configuration management processes.
• Ensure high availability and performance of enterprise network infrastructure across multiple data centers.
• Perform capacity planning, monitor network performance, and analyze system availability.
• Provide Tier III technical escalation support and resolve complex network infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to align network operations with broader organizational strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams in a network engineering environment.
• In-depth implementation and troubleshooting expertise with BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, DMVPN, and SD-WAN.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, Nexus switches, ASA firewalls, Palo Alto firewalls, and NetScaler.
• Strong understanding of LAN and datacenter technologies including Ethernet, Spanning Tree, and QoS.
• Experience managing network maintenance, upgrades, and security configurations within change management policies.
• Ability to provide off-hours support and manage vendor relationships for problem resolution.
