What you will do

• Define and own the product vision and multi-team roadmap for the purchase journey, including cart and checkout.
• Lead and mentor a team of up to six product managers, supporting their career development and performance.
• Align investments, priorities, and team capacity to ensure execution against business objectives.
• Drive cross-functional alignment by facilitating feedback loops and resolving conflicts across stakeholders.
• Oversee the execution of product initiatives, managing risks and dependencies.
• Provide executive-level updates on product performance and roadmap outcomes.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of professional experience, with 10–12 years specifically in ecommerce or digital product management.
• Proven experience managing multiple product managers in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Deep expertise in ecommerce purchase flows and retail technology ecosystems.
• Strong ability to define product strategy and deliver measurable business impact.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
