TL;DR

Ict Administrator III (Contact Center Operations): Maintaining and optimizing LAN/WLAN infrastructure and ICT applications for contact center operations with an accent on incident management, change management, and SLA compliance. Focus on root cause investigation, coordinating complex technical changes, and ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.

Location: Košice, Slovakia. Remote working is only available within Slovakia.

Salary: Base salary from 1,150€ brutto

What you will do

  • Manage and execute tickets related to incident and change management to ensure customer service meets SLAs and KPIs.
  • Investigate root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions to maintain a stable environment.
  • Coordinate complex technical changes, including planning, testing, and documentation.
  • Act as a technical lead and Single Point of Contact for specific customers or technologies.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues and vendors to troubleshoot and maintain systems.
  • Train other employees and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ICT Application Operation & Management.
  • Expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • English proficiency at B2 level.
  • Secondary education completion.
  • Willingness to provide on-call duties for incident troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the German language.
  • Experience with recording solutions such as NICE.
  • Experience with Session Border Controllers (SBC).
  • Passion for Network and Cloud technologies.
