Student Workplace AI & Microsoft 365 Support (IT): Supporting the administration and operation of Microsoft 365 services and AI-powered workplace solutions with an accent on user support, documentation, and process automation. Focus on assisting with the rollout of AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot while collaborating across international teams within the banking sector.

Location: Must be an enrolled university student in Slovakia

Salary: From €8/hour (approx. €1,280/month for 20h/week)

What you will do

  • Support the operation and administration of Microsoft 365 services.
  • Assist in the rollout, adoption, and support of AI-powered workplace solutions including ChatGPT.
  • Help users with service-related requests and technical questions.
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Participate in testing new features within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be an enrolled university student in Slovakia (preferably in IT, Business Informatics, or Digital Technologies).
  • Strong interest in Microsoft 365, AI, and digital collaboration technologies.
  • Proactive, motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • English proficiency required for daily communication.
  • Hands-on mentality with a growth mindset.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with Microsoft 365, ChatGPT, Copilot, or other enterprise IT solutions.
