TL;DR

Head of Sales: Building and scaling sales and customer retention systems across B2C and B2B segments with an accent on funnel optimization, unit economics, and team leadership. Focus on developing sales strategies, automating CRM processes, and driving revenue growth through effective cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Tallinn, Estonia; hybrid format may be discussed.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for B2C and B2B markets.
  • Build and optimize the full sales funnel from acquisition to retention and expansion.
  • Lead team growth, including hiring, onboarding, and training of sales staff.
  • Manage key performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and churn.
  • Establish Customer Success processes to increase customer value and reduce churn.
  • Standardize team operations, automate workflows, and implement CRM processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in IT, Services, or FinTech.
  • Fluent English and Russian proficiency.
  • Proven experience in both B2C and B2B sales environments.
  • Strong expertise in CRM implementation, funnel automation, and operational frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of sales funnel metrics and unit economics.
  • Must be a resident of the Schengen Area or willing to relocate to Tallinn.
