What you will do

• Design and modernize telephony infrastructure to support high call volumes.
• Integrate with telecom providers across the US, LATAM, and Europe.
• Build outbound and inbound call handling systems from scratch.
• Develop integration solutions for the AI platform using Go and Node.js.
• Drive system reliability, scaling, and fault tolerance.
• Participate in 2nd and 3rd level support and on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in VoIP and telephony engineering.
• Deep understanding of SIP, SDP, NAT, and RTP troubleshooting.
• Expertise in FreeSWITCH architecture, dialplan development, and performance optimization.
• Strong proficiency in Go and Linux administration (Debian/Ubuntu).
• Solid networking knowledge including TCP/IP and traffic analysis tools like Wireshark and sngrep.
• Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kamailio, Opensips, or rtpengine.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
• Background in voice biometrics projects.
• Experience with Node.js for integration services and REST API development.
