What you will do

• Manage and monitor Telefonica and UCaaS systems to resolve performance occurrences.
• Perform deep analysis of the SIP protocol for troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
• Provide advanced telephony support for end customers and internal operations.
• Actively monitor telecom networks, gateways, SBCs, and cloud instances.
• Operate telecom devices and manage alarms via monitoring platforms.
• Conduct integration processes between PABX/UCaaS systems and other platforms such as CRM.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and telephone systems.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, IP and Voice services.
• Proficiency in SIP signaling and TCP/IP network protocols.
• Knowledge of Cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Experience with TDM, NGN, E1, and Metro Ethernet.
• Must be based in or near Sao Paulo, Brazil.
• CV and interview process must be conducted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring software such as Splunk, Zabbix, or SolarWinds.
• Completed or ongoing higher education in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications Engineering, or Computer Networks.
