What you will do

• Collaborate within client teams to design and build innovative, scalable, and fault-tolerant backend services.
• Develop and maintain robust APIs and SaaS platforms using Go.
• Implement modern infrastructure solutions using Docker and Kubernetes in cloud environments.
• Apply TDD and performance optimization strategies throughout the full system lifecycle.
• Integrate AI tools to augment development workflows and improve engineering efficiency.
• Participate in a flexible on-call rota to resolve critical production incidents.

Requirements

• Must be based in the EU and available in the GMT timezone.
• Strong backend engineering experience with Go as a primary language.
• Proficiency in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with distributed systems and modern deployment practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly language.
