What you will do

• Develop clean, idiomatic Go code for a high-scale food tech platform.
• Collaborate with point-of-sale (POS) partners as the primary technical point of contact.
• Implement TDD and automated testing to ensure system reliability and fast feedback loops.
• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues in live distributed systems.
• Mentor peers in XP principles, pair programming, and collective ownership.
• Document progress and communicate asynchronously in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

• Commercial experience with Go in a professional environment.
• Strong understanding of microservice architectures and event-driven communication.
• Experience designing and integrating APIs for third-party partners.
• Proficiency in eXtreme Programming (XP) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Must be based in Ukraine.
• Excellent technical communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of AWS and DynamoDB.
• Experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers.
• Proficiency with GitHub Actions.
