What you will do

• Design and develop maintainable and scalable backend services and APIs using Golang.
• Build reliable, high-performance distributed systems and modern event-driven architectures.
• Design backend architectures capable of supporting AI/ML workflows and intelligent agent services.
• Implement and analyze service metrics to ensure system health and proactive troubleshooting.
• Create clear technical documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger and Confluence.
• Collaborate closely with PMs, frontend engineers, QA, and DevOps teams to accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Golang.
• Proven track record of designing and building scalable, high-load distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and clean code practices.
• Strong practical experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and API design (REST, gRPC).
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.

Nice to have

• Experience designing multi-product or multi-tenant systems with secure data isolation.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Understanding of Platform Engineering concepts and building internal developer platforms (IDPs).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CDK.
