What you will do

• Own end-to-end service delivery and coordinate daily operations across multiple teams, delivery streams, and dependencies.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for customer leadership and IT stakeholders, managing expectations in legacy-driven environments.
• Build and lead high-performing nearshore delivery teams consisting of Data Engineers, Developers, and Analysts.
• Coordinate transformation activities across DWH, Data Lake, Lakehouse, and ETL enterprise data integration.
• Support pre-sales activities, preparing effort estimations, resource models, and Statements of Work (SoW).
• Monitor delivery KPIs, SLAs, and risks to ensure long-term stability and scalability of the organization.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English (spoken and written).
• 8+ years of experience in IT delivery, service management, or operational leadership.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level delivery teams and nearshore/distributed operations.
• Strong track record in delivery governance, capacity planning, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with IT delivery financials, cost structures, and operational budgeting.
• Must be based in Poland for hybrid work in Wroclaw, Warsaw, or Gdansk.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services sector (banking or insurance).
• Knowledge of data platforms, ETL ecosystems, or Databricks environments.
• Familiarity with legacy system modernization and enterprise integrations.
• Exposure to CRM ecosystems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics.
• Understanding of data governance and enterprise data management practices.
