Location: Hybrid (Netherlands/Belgium). Office-based 1-2 days per week, remainder on site with occasional home working.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Service Engineers across the Benelux region.
• Manage resource planning, scheduling, and workload balancing to optimize service coverage.
• Oversee the high-quality execution of installation, maintenance, and repair services for UPS and Thermal systems.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for customers to resolve technical issues and maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing field service teams in technical or engineering environments, ideally within data centers.
• Background in UPS, Switchgear, or Thermal systems.
• Strong track record of leading, coaching, and developing engineers.
• Formal engineering qualification (degree or equivalent) in a related field.
• Fluent English is essential; Dutch is considered a plus for local stakeholder engagement.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the Netherlands or Belgium.
