TL;DR
Customer Engagement Manager (SaaS): Guiding enterprise clients from contract signing to full adoption of an eMobility SaaS platform with an accent on onboarding, API coordination, and stakeholder management. Focus on translating complex technical requirements into actionable plans and ensuring seamless go-live experiences.
Location: Hybrid (Arnhem, Netherlands). Must have valid work authorization for the Netherlands and be able to be in Arnhem regularly.
Salary: €4,500–€6,000 gross per month

What you will do
- Coordinate the setup and onboarding process for new enterprise clients to ensure fast adoption.
- Align clients and internal teams on goals, timelines, and key deliverables.
- Translate client questions into action and manage the execution of technical to-dos.
- Coordinate API integrations and technical setups to ensure effortless go-lives.
- Collect client feedback and transform it into improved internal processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or customer success.
- Proven track record of working with large B2B clients in complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong technical affinity with the ability to coordinate integrations and API setups.
- Valid work authorization for the Netherlands.
- Ability to be physically present in Arnhem regularly.
