What you will do

• Coordinate incoming material inspections, including lab testing and documentation review.
• Develop and maintain Quality Plans and Standard Work Instructions to ensure ISO and regulatory compliance.
• Lead investigations and problem-solving for non-conforming raw materials with internal teams and suppliers.
• Oversee the calibration and maintenance of incoming quality testing equipment.
• Represent incoming inspection during internal and external audits.
• Support CAPA processes, including root cause analysis and solution implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or related field.
• 5–8 years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the medical device or similar regulated industry.
• Proficiency in English and Lithuanian.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations.
• Strong technical writing and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business field.
