Cyber Security Consultant (Microsoft 365)

Location: Tokyo, Japan; eligibility to work full-time in Japan required

What you will do

• Translate customer requirements into secure and scalable Microsoft 365 cybersecurity solutions.
• Provide guidance across project scoping, security architecture, and design.
• Design and implement Zero Trust and SASE security architectures.
• Deploy identity, endpoint, cloud, and data protection solutions using Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Azure, AWS, and Purview.
• Drive security operations and optimization through Sentinel and Defender XDR.
• Lead project delivery, customer advisory, pre-sales support, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work full-time in Japan.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken Japanese.
• English communication skills required.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 cybersecurity technologies, including Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Purview.
• Expertise in security architecture and frameworks such as Zero Trust, NIST, and ISO 27001.
• Customer-facing experience in solution design, advisory, stakeholder communication, and Azure or AWS cloud environments.
