What you will do

• Monitor production systems proactively and respond to alerts to maintain service stability.
• Manage the full incident lifecycle from detection to resolution or escalation.
• Provide support following system deployments to ensure platform reliability.
• Conduct root cause analysis using log-level data to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Take end-to-end ownership of technical challenges, including reproduction in test environments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or NOC operations.
• Strong foundation in monitoring and logging tools such as ELK, Grafana, PagerDuty, or DataDog.
• Proven ability to perform log-level analysis and navigate JIRA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for accurate technical documentation.
• Self-motivated mindset with the ability to master new systems quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with Jenkins.
