What you will do

• Provide day-to-day support for business applications and resolve technical issues to ensure stability.
• Analyze application functionality and suggest enhancements to improve performance and usability.
• Support the automation of business processes through system configurations and integrations.
• Manage data flows and integrations between various internal applications.
• Collaborate with internal users and engineering teams to align applications with business needs.
• Document processes, configurations, and maintain the internal knowledge base.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in application support, administration, or development.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (JavaScript, Python, Java, or Groovy).
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and incident management.
• Basic understanding of application architecture (frontend and backend).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with cross-functional stakeholders.
