What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and 3–5 year business planning for the cluster.
• Perform variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual) and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning, profitability analysis, and costing.
• Oversee project-level cash flow, revenue, and forecast-to-completion tracking.
• Drive automation of financial reporting and dashboards using SAP S/4HANA and Power BI.
• Partner with operations, procurement, and sales to strengthen financial discipline.

Requirements

• CA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of finance experience, specifically in manufacturing, systems, or defense.
• Proven track record in FP&A, project finance, and commercial modelling.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and BI reporting tools like Power BI.
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
