What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and management presentations.
• Develop and maintain P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet financial models for scenario planning.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports to interpret key performance drivers.
• Partner with operational leadership to translate financial goals into actionable cost-control and revenue optimization plans.
• Consolidate financial data from operational entities to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes with reconciliations and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Proficiency in BI reporting and data visualization tools.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and corporate finance principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Experience with SUN System (EPM).
