What you will do
- Own end-to-end pipeline generation across paid, outbound, content, ABM, and inbound channels.
- Manage paid media strategy and optimize ROI across LinkedIn, Meta, and other technical channels.
- Develop integrated campaigns, webinars, and podcasts to establish category thought leadership for executives and technical audiences.
- Oversee SEO, organic growth, and website conversion (CRO) to capture market intent.
- Build and maintain the ABM strategy, including account scoring, tiering, and lead lifecycle routing.
- Create analytics dashboards to track multi-touch attribution and tie marketing spend to revenue.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B growth and demand generation.
- Proven track record in Enterprise sales environments involving long cycles and large deals.
- Hands-on experience designing and executing ABM motions (scoring, intent data, routing).
- Proficiency in HubSpot and the broader martech stack.
- Data-driven and AI-driven native.
- Experience managing agencies, contractors, or a small team.
