What you will do

• Set up, connect, and configure physical devices according to technical guidelines.
• Maintain hardware inventory and ensure all equipment remains operational.
• Execute test scenarios on physical devices to support remote engineering teams.
• Handle incoming requests for troubleshooting, reconfigurations, and running tests.
• Document device configurations, setup processes, and test results.

Requirements

• Current student status, preferably in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking.
• Knowledge of operating systems including Windows, Linux, and Android.
• Basic proficiency in SQL.
• Communicative English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work on-site in Katowice.

Nice to have

• Experience with hardware setup for PCs, mobile devices, IoT, or peripherals.
• Experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Familiarity with QA tools and general testing concepts.
• Previous experience in technical support or help desk roles.
