What you will do

• Develop and own QA standards for shop operations, including content updates and promotional execution.
• Perform regular audits across markets to ensure compliance and identify quality gaps.
• Maintain and structure the central Shop Operations knowledge repository, including SOPs and guidelines.
• Partner with Shop Operations Leads to embed quality standards into daily workflows.
• Support process optimization initiatives through structured feedback and QA insights.
• Promote knowledge sharing and standardization across international teams.

Requirements

• English: C1 level required.
• 2-3+ years of experience in e-commerce, shop operations, or QA.
• Solid understanding of content workflows and onsite campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience with QA and knowledge management tools like Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Krakow, Poland.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in additional European languages.
