What you will do

• Produce and present weekday morning bulletins for hirify.global Hereford & Worcester.
• Record news bulletins for smart speakers.
• Collaborate with the on-air team for the Breakfast show, including live chats and breaking news inserts.
• Coordinate with hirify.global online and Midlands Today to share strong news lines and stories.
• Gather and edit multi-media material for use across radio, TV, social media, and online outputs.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work from the office in Worcester, UK.
• Proven experience as a newsreader with the ability to perform live in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
• Strong bulletin writing and editing skills.
• Sound editorial judgment based on the hirify.global’s news agenda and impartial journalism standards.
• Ability to use technology for material gathering and knowledge of digital platforms like hirify.global Sounds.
• Effective organizational skills to manage competing priorities and deliver consistently to deadlines.
