What you will do

• Drive R&D of next-generation deep learning models for protein-ligand co-folding and affinity prediction.
• Integrate advanced predictive capabilities into commercial software products.
• Translate scientific research and papers into optimized, large-scale drug discovery applications.
• Act as a technical leader, representing the company scientifically and shaping its internal and external vision.
• Mentor junior researchers and collaborate across engineering and product teams.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Computational Chemistry, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of post-PhD experience in a professional industry setting.
• Hands-on experience developing co-folding and/or affinity prediction models from POC to production.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch/JAX) at scale.
• Proven track record of scientific impact translating to product.

Nice to have

• Postdoctoral experience in deep learned structure-based affinity models.
• Experience shipping commercial-grade software in biopharma or tech sectors.
• First-author publications in top-tier venues like NeurIPS, ICML, or CVPR.
• Deep familiarity with agentic coding tools such as Claude code or Codex.
