What you will do
- Drive R&D of next-generation deep learning models for protein-ligand co-folding and affinity prediction.
- Integrate advanced predictive capabilities into commercial software products.
- Translate scientific research and papers into optimized, large-scale drug discovery applications.
- Act as a technical leader, representing the company scientifically and shaping its internal and external vision.
- Mentor junior researchers and collaborate across engineering and product teams.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Computational Chemistry, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of post-PhD experience in a professional industry setting.
- Hands-on experience developing co-folding and/or affinity prediction models from POC to production.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch/JAX) at scale.
- Proven track record of scientific impact translating to product.
Nice to have
- Postdoctoral experience in deep learned structure-based affinity models.
- Experience shipping commercial-grade software in biopharma or tech sectors.
- First-author publications in top-tier venues like NeurIPS, ICML, or CVPR.
- Deep familiarity with agentic coding tools such as Claude code or Codex.
