What you will do

  • Define and execute the product strategy for the Marketing Cloud suite.
  • Oversee three dedicated product teams focused on CDP, AI personalization, and campaign automation.
  • Translate market insights and marketing software landscape trends into actionable product direction.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure product-market fit.
  • Drive innovation by integrating agentic AI into marketing workflows.
  • Ensure product reliability, performance, and alignment with the company's platform vision.

Requirements

  • Must hold a permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Breda.
  • Proven experience as a Product Specialist, ideally within a Marketing SaaS context.
  • Strategic mindset with experience in commercial roles and technical product development.
  • Strong interest in AI and its application to marketing automation.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
