What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery and maintenance of the core banking payments product, including incident resolution and system maintenance.
• Define the long-term vision and strategy for the Core Banking Payments Platform in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with internal suppliers and external vendors to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to technical challenges, data quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead Product Increment (SYNC) planning to set and achieve realistic quarterly goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Deep expertise in the payments domain.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner shaping vision and strategy for digital products.
• Experience owning a core banking product with multiple stakeholders.
• Completed Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Solid understanding of the lifecycle, operations, and maintenance of core banking systems.
